in November last year I bought a parasol from you ("Eclipse", 300x300), now I finally want to write you the review. The first had to hibernate. perhaps you remember, we have several times on the phone about it, because I had to figure out how to fix it on my roof terrace above the 4th floor. That succeeded, a locksmith built a 3 cm thick steel plate, fastened it to the T-beam of the roof terrace with thick machine screws and screwed on the screen with its base plate. (A larger action, also expensive.). But now it has been in use for a few weeks and is proving itself very well! I am really very satisfied. It is well wind-stable (that was my biggest concern), medium wind strength it can withstand without any problems (in stormy weather, of course, I do not stretch it). by the way, 3mx3m is quite enough, on a roof 3.50 mx3.50 m might be too much. It is comfortable to use (no comparison to the Glatz umbrella I had before) and makes a very solid impression overall. In addition, it is also very visually appealing. So everything is fine. I thank you again very much for your good advice, because whether I would have found out now just this model from a distance, I do not know.
Perhaps again the hint that the delivery box is very large and heavy and more than 3 m long. For the customer, a note is important that in case of necessary transport 2-3 strong men are needed. If one is not prepared for it, there is a problem (like with me).
So - the summer can come, I am well shielded.

The umbrella fully meets our expectations. It is very stable in the wind (especially with the purchased stabilizers) and is easy to stretch and adjust.

The price is justified. The design and stability (in conjunction with a ground sleeve) fully meets our expectations. Processing by the Sunliner team was very good - great advice, order and invoice processing very flexible.
A small point for optimization / warning to customers who should not be powerful of the English language: the documents (installation and operating instructions) are written only in English. A translation for German-speaking customers would be desirable to avoid installation errors.

Quality has its price

I chose the Insta Shade Eclipse because of the high wind stability, which is rather the exception with traffic light umbrellas. The umbrella looks classy and is practical in handling. It's just a pity that no instruction manual is supplied in German.
