Cut too tight. Durability of the eyelets remains to be seen!???

The cover is cut so tight that it was a feat and an art to pull this over the umbrella spokes. Unlike the eyelets of the original cover, these are unfortunately only leather-reinforced in the replacement cover, so it remains to be seen how stable this is or whether these tear out quickly.

Good day, thank you for your review. We sell only original replacement goods from the company Glatz and therefore it may well be that the new cover fits significantly tighter than the previous model, which has been in use for a few years and has lost its resilience. You will not notice this process, because the strut ends, where the cover is stretched on it, are provided with springs, which guarantee an automatic retightening.
Thus, you have a perfect fit of the cover even over the years. The new cover will also yield a little over time and will be kept under tension by the automatic spring process at the end of the struts.
